Über
Monokel is an indie games studio situated in Cologne with friends all over the world. We provide thought- and heart-provoking experiences for curious players, with stories that have something to say about the world we live in. The nature of our work is strongly experimental, we like to explore and "learn by creating" - and hone our craft through this process.
We're a social company. We try to emphasize and amplify the voices of every single person who works with us. We put self-organization over classical hierarchies and craft over resumes. Our team includes a growing number of humans, a part time dog and a rubber chicken named Mono. The humans like each other, the dog likes attention. Mono just screams.
